Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically entitle users to refunds for completed billing periods.
Refunds

CannaStaySA reserves the right to refuse refunds where:
- services were delivered
- promotional exposure was already provided
- terms were violated
Applicable cooling-off rights under South African consumer legislation may apply where required by law.
Failed Payments

until outstanding amounts are settled.

- listing performance
- business growth
